Affordable wellness for all—access the care you deserve.

Unity & Wellness Center offers classes, wellness sessions, and community programs at accessible rates so everyone can participate in their healing journey. Prices vary depending on the program or service, but we strive to keep costs low and fair for our community.

Through Unity Wellness Project 501(c)(3), we’re able to provide scholarships, sliding-scale options, and sponsored spots for families and individuals facing financial hardship. If cost is a concern, please reach out — our goal is to make wellness and recovery services available to everyone, regardless of income or background.

Our programs are open to children, families, and adults—especially those affected by trauma, recovery, low income, or system involvement. Everyone is welcome, and we work to make our offerings accessible regardless of financial status or background.

Unity Wellness Project is based in Bremerton, Washington. We primarily serve Kitsap County and surrounding areas including Jefferson, Pierce, and King Counties.

Trauma-informed care is an approach that recognizes the impact of trauma on mental and physical health. We create safe, inclusive spaces where participants are supported with empathy, choice, and evidence-based practices designed to promote healing.

Not at all. Our programs are designed for all levels and abilities. Whether it’s your first yoga class or your first time joining a group wellness activity, we provide a welcoming space for you to start.

Kids Yoga supports emotional regulation, body awareness, and mental well-being. Using storytelling, music, and movement, it helps children build confidence, resilience, and healthy coping strategies—all in a safe, trauma-informed setting.

Integrative Health Coaching combines nutrition guidance, lifestyle planning, and mindfulness to support long-term health and recovery. It’s especially helpful for managing chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes and for adults in recovery or transition.

Unity Wellness Project is built on lived experience and a trauma-informed foundation. Unlike traditional wellness centers, we offer services that are deeply empathetic, culturally responsive, and financially accessible.

We offer trauma-informed wellness services including Kids Yoga, Integrative Health Coaching with , Anger Management (Court Approved) and Case Management for Mental Health or Substance Use Disorders.

Our programs support emotional regulation, physical health, and community healing through movement, education, and holistic care.
